explore has error boot up

please help !!!!!!!!!!!!
when i boot my computer up it say's the explore has an error so it takes me several times before it comes up and i am able to use it

You do a reinstall to see if it fixes it in the mean time or attempt and upgrade from the existing install. Open Control > Problems to Solutions (computer icon with checkmark, easier found in Classic View) > Recent Problems > Right click the Explorer.exe issue, it should be listed there, select it, right click > view details and it should give a description of the problem.
